GNR Seminars Terms and conditions of booking

 

Payment: Payment of the course fee is due at the time of booking online and prior to the start of the course date. The delegate and/or organisation placing the booking shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of course fee.

 

Cancellations and refunds: All cancellations must be in writing sent to bookings@gnrsolicitors.co.uk prior to the course date. For bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to the start date, the course fee remains payable and is non-refundable. Delegates may attend another course of their choice for an administrative fee of £25. In the case of non-attendance on the day by the delegate, the course fee remains payable and is non-refundable.

 

We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time and will issue a full refund within 7 days. We do not accept any responsibility for any other costs or fees incurred by the delegate to attend the online course.

 

Technical and User Access: It is the delegates responsibility to ensure their systems support Zoom technology and any other platform we deem necessary to use as part of our online delivery of courses. At the time of booking, user access will be provided in your confirmation of booking email.  It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure their systems are compatible at least 48 hours prior to course delivery and to raise any concerns 48 hours prior to the start time. GNR Solicitors is under no obligation to provide any support within 48 hours of the course start time.

 

GNR Solicitors is not responsible or liable for any technical issues which may arise due to your failure to ensure compatibility as stipulated above. You acknowledge we are not responsible for any delay, disruption or disturbance in the operation of the internet.
