GNR Seminars

All our courses are designed equip legal assistants, paralegals and qualified solicitors and barristers with the knowledge to be able to understand employment law in more depth, to be able to strategically advise their client, whether that's a claimant or respondent and to have more confidence in advancing their skill-set in this highly interesting and specialised area.

Your course instructor is Gulnaz Raja, owner of GNR Solicitors and part-time lecturer for over two years with leading UK based universities. In addition, she is in a unique position to have acted as a litigant in person in her own successful tribunal claim against a financial services institution at both the liability and remedy hearing. During the process she acquired deep intricate understanding of case law, statute and how to prove the various legal elements. She struggled to find a lawyer who had the deep understanding to represent her and decided to retrain as an employment lawyer, just so she could represent herself.
