Pleased to present our third episode - true leadership beyond job title. In this podcast I am joined by Katie Muldoon in which we explore what leadership really entails. Beyond being promoted to reaching the next level in your career, it is a responsibility which carries legal obligations. Many leaders require nurturing, support and training before they embark on this journey which cannot simply be met through taking personality tests. Rather, an approach which fosters an inclusive environment of understanding and bringing out the best in those you lead or manage. Leaders also forget, they need to comply with employment legislation, which they cannot simply leave to their People function to address or resolve when matters become contentious.
